PERM – SAP Project Manager – End User – £75-90k + Bonus + Bens – Remote Working Option
Evolve ERP ….. Are working with one of our portfolio clients for the hire of a SAP Project Manager on the permanent basis. My Client who are a globally leading manufacturing organisation are currently going through a Global SAP Implementation. This position will be a mix of home working and also travel but initially will be home working due to travel restrictions.
The SAP Project Manager will oversee the SAP Programme in AFEMEA which delivers complex and high-profile SAP implementation projects managing through the whole project life cycle, from the initial stage to project closure. You will be the owner of the SAP Project plan and project program management office and responsible for defining, planning,tracking and managing the projects. You will also provide leadership to cross functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs in the business case to time, budget and project quality criteria
Principal Accountabilities:
- Define and manage the SAP program and project governance to best meet objectives
- Lead Project planning activities and manage the execution, tracking and monitoring of projects plan
- identify, evaluate and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes associated with the project
- Line management of the stream leaders, including performance management, appraisal and development
- manage and communicate a clear vision of the projects objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them
- manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables
