Master Data Specialist – End User – £30-40k + Bonus + Benefits + Home Working + Travel
Evolve ERP are working with one of our portfolio End User clients for the hire of a Master Data Specialist on the permanent basis. The role is integral for the business and this individual will join a project team who are currently part of a global SAP project. This role will involve travel t different sites within Europe but will also involve remote working of circa 60-70%. This really is a fantastic role.
The purpose of the role is:
The Business Process Specialist will support Project Master Data BPE (& Team) during the rollout of the target SAP Project template in EMEA sites on: Data collection, key-user readiness for go life and post go life support the project documentation and project activities In defining and implementing business rules and best practices out of existing Business Processes.
Key Activities:
Data gathering – gathering of high-quality master data fit for upload in SAP- Project and to be used as the go live master data base
Prepare, organize and drive workshops with business key users to collect the relevant data
Perform master data health check on Legacy systems, actively participate in the master data conversion and upload into the target template
Make sure the data is fit for purpose: data quality fit for loading, costing, order creation etc.
Support acceleration by suggesting, designing, maintaining tools to facilitate master data load preparation (collection speed and/or quality) and post-load checks in a structured way
