Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst

Evolve ERP are currently working with a fantastic global organisation for the hire of a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst on the permanent basis.

This is a Divisional role within the CRM Team reporting to the CRM Team Lead. The role includes responsibility for analysing business CRM and related requirements and delivering suitable functional and technical solutions within a fast paced, frequently changing environment. It is based at the Divisional head office. The role covers both Business As Usual and project work, including participation in Dynamics 365 roll outs to new business acquisitions around the world.

The Candidate we are looking for will have:

  • At least 4 years’ Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE configuration experience including workflows and business process flows, with 2+ years’ Microsoft Suite experience desirable including Powerapps configuration and SharePoint integration
  • JavaScript syntax for Dynamicswith C#, HTML – JSON – XML also desirable
  • Knowledge of setting up APIs between the SQL database to the CRM application and other 3rd party software.
  • Up-to-date and in-depth experience with implementations of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 solutions, including Customer Service, Sales and Field Service Modules, with SCRIBE and Click Dimensions skills also desirable
  • Excellent process and technical problem solving skills
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience of stakeholder management at all levels from end user to senior management level.
  • Experience delivering requirements of a technical nature
  • Experience of requirements gathering and documentation
  • Experience of solution identification, presentation and delivery
  • Ability to be take a proactive approach to managing work
  • Self-motivation and ability to assess priorities with the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in balancing delivery of multiple projects and BAU changes with competing timelines
  • PRINCE 2 and ITIL training
  • A good understanding of GDPR and how it applies in a CRM environment
  • Experience using the full range of processes in an ITSM tool set.
  • Full UK driving licence
